In Case of an Emergency 

Our main phone number (860) 434-8387 is answered 24 hours a day.

If your pet has an emergency during regular hours, call ahead: we see emergencies as they occur. 

After hours,  call our main line and dial "0" as directed.  A person at the answering service will page the doctor to return your call.  If we are staffed and your pet is best cared for at our hospital, we will see you here.  If critical continuing care is urgently needed, we may refer your pet to one of our regional emergency hospitals. 

Regular preventive care can reduce the need for emergency visits.
